His tenure started as Plant Manager and was quickly promoted to General Manager. During this time, he hit many milestones, such as reducing customer tardy orders by 90%, increasing daily picking, packing, and shipping capacities by 50%, and seamlessly implementing lean manufacturing cells.

Dennis’s accomplishments extend beyond his notable professional history. He is a certified master black belt in continuous improvement and Lean methodologies, a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence and innovative practices. His rich credentials and insights make him an invaluable asset to AATP’s esteemed leadership team.

Dennis has celebrated his marriage to his beloved wife, Carolynn. Together, they are the proud parents of six children and devoted grandparents to seventeen grandchildren.
